• Semi-auto Folder Gluer Machine is new-designed for non-standard carton boxes; It is specially suitable for the production with small scale and many kinds of changing. It adopt manually folding, it needs less space, easy to operate, suitable for normal cartons, corrugated box, un normal shape single-board forming box and other non-standard boxes which could not be done with normal folder gluer. The glue quantity just about 1/3 and capacity about 3~4 times compared with manual gluing save glue & labor and high-efficiency, the adhesive-banded joint firmly and tidy fixed, without overflow of glue. Equipped with burnishing unit, could grind off the laminated plastic or UV film on the cardboard surface, to advance the adhesive strength and avoid the tackles of carton boxes. Due to the manual folding, it also suit for the box with deflected creasing, special shape and the box with open windows.
